Where do you ship from and how fast? Most orders ship from Warner Robins, GA within 24 hours of purchase. Delivery time depends on the carrier and your location.
Do you ship internationally? Yes. We ship across the US and to select international destinations including the UK, Canada, and Mexico. International delivery times and any duties vary by country.
How do I track my order? You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships. Questions? Email nobulkcards@gmail.com.
What is Route Package Protection? Route is an optional add-on at checkout that covers your order if it's lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, so your cards are protected on the way to you.
Products
Are your products authentic? Yes. We sell genuine, sealed trading card products.
What's the difference between English and Japanese packs? Japanese sets often release earlier, have different card pools and pull rates, and are popular with collectors. Buying Japanese packs from us saves you the overseas shipping costs and import fees.
What is a mystery box? A curated box built for the thrill of the pull, available at different price tiers from entry-level to high-end.
What does "rip & ship" mean? On our live streams we open ("rip") packs on camera and ship the cards straight to you. The cards you receive are whatever is pulled at the time of opening.

Grading, returns & rewards
Do you offer grading? Yes. Our No Bulk Grading Service helps you get your best pulls protected and certified through CGC.
What is your return policy? See our Shipping & Returns page for full details. Because trading cards are collectibles, sealed and opened products may be handled differently. If part of your order can't be fulfilled, we refund the affected items.
Do you have a rewards program? Yes. Earn points on purchases and redeem them for savings. Look for the rewards launcher on the site to join.

What payment methods do you accept? Credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, plus Klarna and Affirm for paying over time.
