Where do you ship from? Booster packs are hand-packed in Bonaire, GA. Booster boxes ship with tracking from our distribution partner. Mystery boxes ship during the first week of each month. Delivery time depends on the carrier and your location.
Do you ship internationally? Yes. We ship across the US and to select international destinations including the UK, Canada, and Mexico. International delivery times and any duties vary by country.
How do I track my order? You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships. Questions? Email nobulkcards@gmail.com.
What is Route Package Protection? Route is an optional add-on at checkout that covers your order if it's lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, so your cards are protected on the way to you.
Products
Are your products authentic? Yes. We sell genuine, sealed trading card products.
What's the difference between English and Japanese packs? Japanese sets often release earlier, have different card pools and pull rates, and are popular with collectors. Buying Japanese packs from us means you don't have to arrange overseas shipping yourself.
What is a mystery box? A monthly subscription box of sealed Pokémon product, built for the thrill of the pull, in tiers from entry-level to high-end. All boxes ship the first week of every month, and your first box ships the month after you subscribe.
Do you open packs before they ship? No. Packs and boxes ship sealed, so you get to open them yourself.
Grading, returns & rewards
Do you offer grading? Yes. Our No Bulk Grading Service helps you get your best pulls protected and certified through CGC.
What is your return policy? See our Shipping & Returns page for full details. Because trading cards are collectibles, sealed and opened products may be handled differently. If part of your order can't be fulfilled, we refund the affected items.
Do you have a rewards program? Yes. Earn points on purchases and redeem them for savings. Look for the rewards launcher on the site to join.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept? Credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, plus Klarna and Affirm for paying over time.
