These terms govern your use of nobulkcards.com and any purchase from No Bulk Cards LLC. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to purchase.
2. Products and pricing
We sell authentic, sealed trading card products and related items. Prices, promotions, and availability may change at any time. We try to keep listings accurate but do not warrant that descriptions or pricing are error-free. If we find a pricing or description error on an order, we may cancel and refund it.
3. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept, decline, or limit any order, and may cancel and refund for reasons including stock issues, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. If an item is unavailable after purchase, we will refund the affected items.
4. Payment
Payment is processed securely by our providers (Stripe, PayPal, Affirm, Klarna). You authorize us to charge your selected method for the order total, including shipping and any applicable tax.
5. Shipping
Orders typically ship from Warner Robins, GA within 24 hours of purchase. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
6. Returns and refunds
Return and refund terms are described on our Shipping & Returns page. Because trading card products are collectibles, sealed-product and opened-product policies may differ. Where part of an order cannot be fulfilled, we refund the affected items.
7. Live shows and "rip & ship"
Some products are opened on our live streams (TikTok, YouTube, Whatnot) and the contents shipped to you. The thrill of the pull is part of the experience; the specific cards received are determined at the time of opening and are not guaranteed.
8. Intellectual property and trademarks
Pokémon and all related names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. No Bulk Cards LLC is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Nintendo, Creatures, GAME FREAK, or The Pokémon Company. Site content, design, and branding are owned by No Bulk Cards LLC.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms and will post the new effective date here.
