No Bulk Cards LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates nobulkcards.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using the Site you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- You give us: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number, and order details. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processors — we do not store full card numbers.
- Automatically: device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, and referring links, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use your information
- Process, fulfill, and ship your orders, and provide customer support.
- Send order and shipping updates.
- Send marketing email or SMS only if you opt in, which you can stop at any time.
- Detect and prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
- Improve our products, Site, and service.
Cookies and tracking
We use essential cookies to run the Site and analytics/advertising tools to understand traffic and reach customers, including Google Analytics 4, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, and Klaviyo. Our infrastructure provider Cloudflare also sets security cookies. You can control cookies in your browser settings; if you are in the EU/UK, we will request consent before non-essential tracking.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with providers who help us operate, and only as needed:
- Payments: Stripe, PayPal, Affirm, and Klarna.
- Shipping & protection: shipping carriers and Route (package protection).
- Marketing & analytics: Klaviyo, Meta, and Google.
- Platform: BigCommerce, which hosts our store.
- Legal: authorities when required by law.
Your rights
- Everyone: access, correct, or delete your information, and unsubscribe from marketing.
- EU/UK (GDPR): you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Our legal bases are contract performance (orders), consent (marketing), and legitimate interests (security, improving our service).
- California (CCPA/CPRA): you may request access or deletion and may opt out of sharing for cross-context advertising. We do not sell personal information.

Data retention
We keep order records as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet tax and legal requirements, then delete or anonymize them.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including HTTPS and a PCI-compliant checkout, but no method of transmission is completely secure.
International transfers
We operate from the United States. If you order from outside the US, your information is processed in the US.
Children's privacy
The Site is intended for adults purchasing collectible trading cards and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new effective date here.
