How orders ship
Booster packs are hand-packed in Bonaire, GA. Booster boxes ship with tracking from our distribution partner. Mystery boxes ship during the first week of each month.
Pre-order shipping notice
Orders placed with "Pre Orders Included" will ship once the "Pre Order Items" arrive and are ready to ship!
Mystery box subscriptions
All mystery boxes ship together during the first week of every month. Your first box ships the month after you subscribe, even if you subscribe on the 1st.
Returns policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a partial refund. You are required to pay return shipping cost. There will be a 20% restocking fee for all returns. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We ship across the US and to select international destinations including the UK, Canada, and Mexico. International delivery times and any duties vary by country. Note that we only ship with the United States Postal Service.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping speed you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
